DEFINITELY NOT!!! My last one burst after I wasn't using it for under 1 minute. These are great hoses, but break usually in less than a year. I have had one break after only 3 months of use. Even still, I would not go back to the old heavy ones, these are so much more convenient. When I use them, I now will immediately turn off the water and drain it when I am done (or not done, but stopping use for more than a few seconds). Do not leave full for even a few minutes. Only took 1 minute to break mine.

Hey, Here are a few tips to help prolong the lifespan of your pocket hose • Never stretch the hose unless it is filled with water. • Turn off the faucet and always drain the hose when not in use. • Maintain water pressure under 80 psi • Always store properly and be careful to not leave out in the hot sun for extended periods. • Keep away from tools or the like that can cut or damage the hose. • Be careful not to drag the hose unnecessarily. • Use the included nozzle or a nozzle that fits appropriately to avoid leakage.

Contact Amazon customer service they helped me return it past the return date.

If it’s not leaking then maybe there’s a kink somewhere
