Having used these for a few months now, I thought it was high time to give praise where praise is due.First thing to note here is for the money, you get quite a lot. I was surprised as I have bought band packs previously which were way more expensive. So that was a result!Second thing, the quality of the bands and the accessories are on par with some of the more expensive sets. So that's pretty good.Third thing, the bands have not stretched (yet). I say yet, I am sure they will. All of my other sets have stretched a little as well, so I have not got my hopes up about these, but they have lasted longer than the others. The bands come in different weight sizes and are well made. They have a very tough feel to them. The handles supplied are also very good, mine have not frayed even a little.I take these with me when I travel as you don't always get a hotel with a gym, so it was nice they provided a bag to store everything in.All in all, it's a good set, and pretty inexpensive when you think about it. You can get a pretty good burn using these, as long as you use them properly. You just need to follow a set routine.

The quality and bits you get with these like the handles are great, I personally have them set up on several positions on my dip station and get some very useful tricep, back, shoulder and chest workouts plus with the straps you can get lots of leg workouts in, you are really only limited by your imagination on where an how you can utilise these, if you don’t have space for large gym equipment but wanna workout from home these really do a good job, just make sure you got em set up secure to avoid injury/property damage ;)

Really good bands so far - I’ve been using them for about 2 months now and as of Yerba they’re still going strong. I’ve had problems working th bands snapping in the past but these have done well so far. The metal hooks that attach the bands are really good/strong, far better than ones I’ve had in the past which all broke/bent after a few months.

I am very pleased with the purchase.- I would love it if more handles were included, it is kind of annoying switching the handles again and again and also it is hard for two people to practise together.

We use it for general exercise and the changeable bands make it very easy to use for different family members.

These bands are excellent for training and exersise. Very easy to use.

Really good ones, cost not much and the quality is equal to ones i paid 30, so I bought 2 sets
