I am very satisfied with this product. It is compact enough and discrete to keep on my counter. The item heats ups correctly and it makes the most beautiful warm and cold foam. Regardles of it being made of glass, it is quite sturdy and easy to clean. It is also quite easy to use.

Worked great the first few times and after it just didn’t work. The milk would burn in the pot and clenaing it was an absolute pain.Update: the customer service is great and they did reach out to help resolve any problems

It worked great once, super thick, dense foam with a lot of height. The next time i used it, the foam was not dense but still acceptable and a bit of liquid in the bottom. A couple times it wouldn't foam at all. And a few times it would partly foam but turn back to liquid right away. The cold foam does nothing. And now the touch screen isnt responding. Paying $40 to get two uses does not make sense. I'm really glad I caught the return window in time. Really disappointed. I wouldn't suggest buying it. Side note, I thought the glass pitcher would detach from the electronic heating unit, but it is attached which makes it very difficult to keep the electric components dry when washing. I was super careful when washing but maybe a little moisture got in there which is causing the problem. Whether it's bad design or bad quality it's bad business

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product is great. It makes really dense foam. Easy to operate and clean. The more I use it the more I love it.

This little bad boy works great. I have been using it to make cold foam recently and it does a great job of making the cold foam in a quick manner. It is not loud at all and froths the milk to a perfect texture. It was absolutely worth the money. Now I can skip the coffee shop completely and just make my own coffee at home. Some other reviews complained of durability but I have had zero issues so far.

My only wish is that I could put it in the dishwasher, but I deal with it.

Fantastic milk frother. Cute design, well made, and works fast and well. I use this to make foamy hot cocoa for the kids very yummy. Milk gets nice and hot and foamy very fast. I also like that it comes with a spare spinner.My only complaint is that it can be difficult to clean in the corners and edges due to the fact that it curves down at the very edges of the interior. The included tool is helpful but not always. Aside from that great price and value.Update: After using this several times, it stopped foaming the milk. For some reason, the milk no longer gets foamy and creamy like it used to. Very disappointing as this unit used to function very well. In addition, if you do a few runs consecutively, burnt milk will begin to stick to the bottom. Try to clean before every run.
