This wooden stand is very light weight and sturdy. I placed my bible in it and worked great. Love the color and its simplicity.

I love this simple, natural book holder. I use it for holding books for watercolor painting references. It can be a little tricky for certain size books, but I have no problem. I love the simplicity and genius of it, like " gee, why didn't I think of that?". It looks very natural with my decor, and on my table in the living room, where I paint.

This is very basic, and easy to use; easy to store. It has two pieces, which when placed flat together slide right between my cookbooks. It's a pretty basic structure, and the finish is on the rustic side, but it does what it is supposed to.

More durable than I expected. I was worried it would be flimsy, but thankfully that was not the case. It’s solid and heavy enough to hold my larger cookbooks without any issue. It also comes apart for easy storage.

This is a different book holder. I don’t think it could handle a tall cookbook.

Nicer than I had expected. Looks great and holds my large vintage cook book. Two pieces, slide them together and good to go.
