At the introduction of adding this to your life, take a smaller amount and increase slowly over weeks. In my opinion only, I am not a medical person, my opinion is to take with food in the morning...or your day start. In the directions it talks about a side effect of a possible headache, I did get a headache when I didn't take with food. The headache didn't last that long...but it was a bit uncomfortable. A doctor did mention to me that increasing the amount slowly (started at half of a full dose) and that the body gets to a near 80 to 90 % saturation in about 4 months. again talk with your doctor, I am not a medical professional. Also, I do not know how true this is, but a regular blood test only measures how much is in the blood and not the body as a whole[ I guess it is around 3% that is in the blood stream,] so if your within the good measurement its only 3% of what is required in your whole body, again I am not a medical Professional, so talk with your medical people. Magnesium is the most effective supplement I've been taking since almost two years now. I usually take gummies and now decided to try this liquid drops and so far it has been even more effective. I started taking it to help me with my sleep and stress and now that I am going through menopause it had also helped me with the symptoms. These liquid drops also include Vitamin D, B6, C and Zinc which also helps with stomach issues. It actually is a very complete supplement and the strawberry flavor is just amazing. I will definitely continue using Magnesium. My recommendation is to start using a small dose of drops and increase it over the time so you can monitor the side effects since drops work faster than gummies or pills. I highly recommend it, the results are amazing!

I have been using this liquid magnesium for almost a week now. Let’s start with the fact they’re organic! I haven’t com across many organic vitamin/minerals that are at this low of cost. Super easy to draw up the right amount with the squeezer.
