Got the FitForMe Bariatric Multivitamins with Iron After Gastric Sleeve as I'm a gastric bypass patient. This means I don't absorb nutrients as well as a gastric sleeve patient. I've been a bit lax at times over the years.I've been much better than last year or so at trying to get in what my body needs and I thought I'd give these a try. They do cover a lot of the basics and a bit more. For myself, I know I need to supplement iron even more, but that's easy to do.No obnoxious smell, they don't seem to irritate my stomach or intestines, no diarrhea, so all good in that department. Oh, and no vitamin burps either! Capsule size isn't hard for me to swallow and these are easy to add in to my daily regimen of supplements.As far as price, these are currently $40.45 for a 3 month supply. so that's about $0.45 a day. Everyone's budget is different, but at the end of the day, your health is worth something. I happen to think these are a good value. Might be easier for some to buy the 30 day supply, then you are paying $0.67 a day. I happen to like to buy in bulk when I can to save on unit price.As always, your mileage may vary as far as how well they work for you, but I'd say give them a try and then see how your labs look after several months.
