Bamboo, easy to use and clean
Works perfectly for making sushi! Granted I am a newbie and can’t make the perfect rolls yet. This is very helpful and easy to clean. And great value for the cost.

Bugs in the product
Couldn’t even use it. Upon opening the clear wrapping, and unrolling the product, we were met with live beetles crawling in the mat. When held to the light, you can see the spots where the bugs have eaten.
