Put two in my big water bottle for a gym sesh. Not overly energized but felt much less muscle soreness than normal!! After doing my research on it and knowing all of the benefits the product offers I would drink any of the flavors. Already ordered more.

First, there were no directions as to how to use. Second, once I guessed that it's a fizzy tablet and dropped two tabs into 16 oz of water it left a brownish scum on top. Very disgusting!I scooped out the scum and drank it. The taste was bearable but not even close to lemon - lime. I'm just glad it didn't taste like fish.I did not notice any post work out advantage.

I felt so refreshed after my morning walk!! I left it in a glass of water to dissolve in my fridge and it was ready when I was back home. More tangy than sweet and a bit bubbly.

So gross. Could not stand the smell or stomach the taste. Would like to return but already tried one. Do not recommend.

I can see how these tablets could be very good for recovery! I am impressed by the ingredients, and how they took the benefits of salmon and put them into tablet form. The packaging made it easy to take the supplements on the go and they dissolve easily. I would love to see a berry flavor in the future!

Honestly skeptical after having had similar products before, and really not loving the texture or the after taste. But this product totally changed my mind and I think it's my new favorite. I absolutely love how easy it is to add to my beverage of choice (typically ph water!) and how quickly it dissolves, but also how great it tastes, too. I can tell adding it into my routine makes a huge difference, and I am excited to keep it in my rotation. I actually look forward to drinking it because it tastes good and I can feel the difference it makes in my training and recovery. Especially as it starts to warm up outside and get humid, but also on my travel races, too!

I have never liked pre-workout because of the jittery feelings it would give me, but this gave me a nice energy boost without those icky side effects. It felt like a natural, clean energy and the flavor was nice (lemon lime) as well. It's definitely better ice cold than warm and I felt more recovered after my workout. Would recommend!

This is a great product! Gave me the perfect amount of energy to get through my workouts and long days! Taste was not my favorite but definitely loved how it made me feel! Would recommend this to all my clients
