Don’t buy Saebo, fraction of the cost does exactly the same thing!
I’m 6’4 230 pounds, 6-6.5 dorsal and 8-8.5 on bottom of palm to top of middle finger. I ordered a large. Saebo glove was about $400, was extremely heavy for someone without range, dexterity and with atrophy. RECOVERY NEVER STOPS! So looking for other options this glove was PERFECT. Yes, I recommend buying BOTH your known size and also a size UP in order to make it easier to install if you’re very stiff/tight, once you begin to loosen up have the next size down, you should loosen up within a week or two. I use this to extend my fingers and also to grasp a grip strengthener in order to squeeze against the strengthener so it opens my hand when I’m constraining saebo glove can’t do that. Very comfortable, light weight yet durable, similar to a golf glove. Easy to clean and can be left on until needed. Don’t look back or think twice, I’ve been in recovery for 2/3 years and am always open to trying new devices, tools, equipment or anything that may contribute or benefit towards my recovery and this is the first tool of choice everyday before beginning my day!

Disappointed
Did not work for me. My hand is very spastic and the glove was unable or not strong enough to open my fingers. Would possibly work if your hand doesn't have much resistance. I was very disappointed.

Size seems to run small.
The quality is there, and it would do the job perfectly, except the Large size seems to run small. I couldn't get it on my hand. I wear XL size gloves. I emailed the makers and they not available in XL, and there are not plans to make larger sizes at this time.

Just what I was looking for!
Been looking off & on for something like this for fingers curling. A little trickey to thread all curled fingers in at first but saw results after only a few uses. I can now insert those now straighter fingers without using my good hand to guide them in. Sizing guide was spot on, snug at first that resulted in a perfect "break in" fit. I wish I could leave more than five stars.

Spasms, stiffness and pain. This glove really is really helping me.
I have MS, arthritis and torn tendons in my arm. The spasms are brutal especially clenched fist and forearm. I work in IT and professional guitarist. I haven't been able to do either in a long time. Cortisone shots, KT Tape, Physical Therapy Etc. They all helped a little. But the glove I can easily do at my will. It takes some getting used to and adjusting. But it should, so it can form to your hands like a baseball mitt or leather gloves..The only two issues I have1. The velcro separated from the strap, unfolding/extending it.But 3 drops of crazy glue and literally fixed in 5 seconds.2. I wish the wrist strap was longer like the extender Plus. That would make it perfect.

Poor Fit
I have ALS & my fingers are starting to claw. I was hoping I could use these to help keep them strait longer. I measured as directed & got the small. Unfortunately it didn't fit all my fingers (pinky & thumb) and my wrist is apparently too large for the strap to fit around. I have tried to find a way to make it work, but haven't found a good solution. I wish I would have sent it back right away, but I really wanted this to work so I kept working with it and ended up missing my return window by a day.

Works great!
I got it for my brother, he had a motorcycle accident and was left with spasticity as sequel. He likes the way it fits and is also happy because it allows him to perform more tasks with his right hand.
