Studio Pro 692 - Heat Resistant Stained Glass Work Surface - 12" X 12"

This “little” board is a smart size for close handwork. It’s sooo handy hat I use it for stained glass work & sewing (placing seam pins ). I have decided to use it for mosaic work as well. My thought is that it would also be advantageous if it were a little bigger.

I find a board this size convenient for small projects and having several allow me to carefully move and switch to something else as the need arises. its also nice for teaching the grandkids, each can have their own board, precuts, foil, ect. and agin should the need to leave before finishing the project I can put it into my work cabinet keeping them safe till they come back to finish them.

Excellent product, affordable and arrived quickly. I am new to the art of stained glass and had to disassemble a piece I’d made a bit of a mess of. There was a mess of solder, adhesive and mangled foil, and this little board cleaned up like a champ! It accepts framing pins well, while still be sturdy, and still leaves a nice smooth surface behind.

They worked great on my stain glass work area. The only problem is that they are not all the same thickness, but I can deal with that. Would like to have bought a full 2ft by 4 ft sheet like I had on my temporary table.
