That's right, you heard me right. This works for men too. I keep 3 on me at all times. Anytime a women is complaining about craps, I hand one over and become a hero. It apparently works great, and seems to have amazing affect on the amount of complaining and irritability from our female companions. This greatly affects the mood of my day, thus working perfectly for men as well.

this is the only otc or pharmaceutical product i take, because, well it is effective. it works well within an hour of taking it, just beware of popping a midol with caffeine in the evening because it can keep you up (but hey, you won't be in pain!). would recommend this to any girl, like for real.

They were packaged nicely in a box, everything was sealed. The expiration date is great and I will be able to use these for a while. The medication is great at relieving pain. I would purchase these again.

These seem to help me more then other brands. The other brands like Pamprin give me more cramps. I add a water pill tot he mix.

This is the only thing that consistently helps take away my period cramps, and tiredness.
