Keeping it Green with these Spoons
I have purchased this item before. I use for weekly lunch bags going to a shelter and like being able to help in the environment, even in a small way. They are the right size, good quality and sturdy.

Biogdegradable disposable spoons - Welcomd to the 21st Century
While the biodegradable spoons, forks, knives and sporks are way more expensive than their cheap plastic competition, these items are biodegradable, which is good for the ecology and good for our land fill. Cornstarch decomposes in a matter of days; plastic decomposes in about 10,000 years, and when it does, it leaves a toxic ooze behind. There can be no doubt that we all need to make our carbon footprints smaller, and every little bit helps.

Short and Weak
I'd like to give this a great review for the eco-friendly nature, but unfortunately, the handles are extremely weak and too short. If they would improve these aspects of the product, it would greatly benefit its utility and comfort of use.

Excellent spoons, even for warm foods
We go through many spoons every day with many kids in the house - these work great!Have not tried them on scorching hot soup, but warm soup or warm mac-n-cheese, work like a charm. So glad to have switched to compostable.

Not heavy duty, but that’s okay...
These are not as strong as some more costly disposable spoon choices, but they work for us and they are compostable (which is why we chose them).
