Organic and Very Sweet
If the label is correct, this is pure, organic stevia, a NATURAL sweetener. Other artificial sweeteners (Spenda, Nutrasweet, etc.) are dangerous because research has shown that our bodies do not digest the ingredients. Stevvia, however, is natural; comes from a plant and thjis project is extract from that plant. It's very sweet and relatively easy to dispense but just from one brief squeeze you get a lot of sweetness ... probably more than you want. I would recommend that this maker change the delivery system into a droplet form to cut down the amount dispensed and make it more controllable. I really have to watch the amount I put in. What''s excellent about this product is there is no aftertaste that I can detect. Unlike stevia-ish products on the market that contain sorbitol or some other sugar alcohol, it tastes better. I carry a little bottle in my purse and keep a bottle on the counter at home. I have eliminated ALL articificial sweeteners from my diet. I'm diabetic so I have to, but even so, it's just a healthier choice.

Excellent sweetner, better than any crystals I've tried
The label suggests that the primary sweetening ingredient is "organic alcohol". By the strength of the sweetening and the neutral taste I'm led to believe that the "organic alcohol" is mainly erythritol. Erythritol is commonly refereed to as a "sugar alcohol". Except for its molecular structure that makes it an alcohol (there are thousands of alcohols, hundreds of which are floating around the human body in varying concentrations all the time), it bears little resemblance to ethanol (the alcohol in booze). It is pretty much non toxic, and doesn't get you intoxicated at any dose. I see some reviewers here are aghast that there is "alcohol" in this sweetener, and some pregnant women fear that using it might present something akin to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome for their their fetus. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, recent examination of the effects of erythritol suggests that it may, in fact, be beneficial, especially for people cutting back on sugar such as in the case of diabetes. All of the "sugar alcohols" have been shown to produce some abdominal "bloating-like" symptoms in sensitive people, but erythritol is much less implicated than other sugar alcohols like sorbitol (the sweetener in most sugar-free gum). Most people are not gastric sensitive to erythritol. Unless you are a fruit fly (apparently fruit flies are affected by erythritol to the point that some farmers are using it as a non-hazardous pesticide), erythritol presents no danger to you. So, I wouldn't be concerned that the main ingredient in this sweetener is a "sugar alcohol" (organic or otherwise). As for the taste, when I use it in moderation (15 drops to about 6oz plain yogurt), I can't detect the off-taste that stevia often adds. In fact, the sweetening sensation is more akin to sucralose (Splenda) than any other sweetener except sugar. Trulia, for example, doesn't dissolve easily in a viscous liquid (like yogurt unless you whip the hell out of it), and since Pyure doesn't need to dissolve it doesn't a "crunch" when ingested. Of all of the non-synthetic sweeteners I've tried, this Pyure sweetener comes closes to real sugar. One tip, though. The squeeze bottle the Pyure comes packaged in makes it hard to control the amount you are using. I recommend picking up a small (2oz) bottle with an eyedropper lid so you can accurately count the number of drops you need for any application. That will make it easier to replicate the amount you added when it comes time to do it again.

Really good sweetener with no sugar.

Good and but don’t use too much!
It’s good and fairly priced but use sparingly. It’s sweet but if you use too much it gets bitter. It’s highly concentrated, mixes well with liquid. Not as good tasting as their erythritol mix but cheaper.

No nasty Stevia taste!
I have tried many stevia products from powders to liquids. Most contain ingredients I do not wish to use, such as erythritol. Most of them are unpalatable to me. There is something about stevia that my taste buds do not enjoy. Then I found Pyure Organic Stevia Liquid. No erythritol, only organic stevia. WARNING: This is very sweet. Use one drop and work your way up. I cannot bear more than 2 to 3 drops in a large cup of coffee or it is too sweet for me, but YMMV.

Love this product
This is a staple in my house with a bottle in the kitchen, the vehicles, and my purse. I have a sweet tooth and Pyure is sweeter than the other brand. As some other reviews have mentioned it doesn’t take much and if you get too much it has bitter taste. It sweetens cold drinks as well as hot.

White clumps
The media could not be loaded. I received three bottles through subscribe and save that were squirting out white pieces. These were refunded and a few months later I tried Pyure again. The first bottle was okay but the second two had the white clumpy stuff in it. Two wouldn't squirt straight out because of the clumps blocking the hole. I have bought dozens of bottles of this over the years. It really is the best tasting liquid stevia but I'm not going to keep using something that now has mystery gunk in it.

Contains alcohol
I ordered this product because i was trying to find stevia. This is stevia however it contains alcohol. I can't use it because of that. I don't think the product was properly and clearly advertised about it's ingredients. I am disappointed but the product is a good price. If I was able to have products that contain alcohol i would be happy with this product.
