This kit has the basic starter items you would need to care for a hedegehog. It includes a cage, exercise wheel, food, vitamins, treats, and hideout. You would still need a few other items - like bedding, food dish, water bottle, toys, cleaning supplies, etc.

Q: Where does the starter package shipped out from?

Shipped from Exotic Nutrition's warehouse in southeastern Virginia (Newport News).

Q: some of the reviews say the top cage part doesn’t connect to the bottom base, it this true? so i wont be able to use it as a carrier?

As of today (Oct 2022) - Yes the top cage part does connect to the bottom base. There are four large black plastic clips around the cage which connect the top wire part to the bottom plastic bin part. These can be seen in the photos. There are wire carrying handles on top. These connecting clips are a somewhat new feature (2021), so there may be some reviews from prior stating otherwise. We hope this information helps!
