Love this cage
This is a great cage, super sturdy, well made and huge. My neighbors have 5 parakeets stuffed into a tiny cage and I just can't take it anymore so this is a secret Santa gift for them. It's easy to assemble, takes some time but one person can do it. The only difficulty for one small person is lifting the cage onto the stand but I did it with only one smashed thumb so not bad. The directions are pretty good, just one piece was not depicted well but I eventually figured it out and also the cross support bars on the cart have to be installed with the lip up and on the outside to hold the cage in place which a normal person most likely would know but me it took a minute..... Oh well.... There are a some extra screws I haven't figured out and they are not on the sheet that shows all that is included so no idea what they are for and there are some other holes drilled into the top front and back of the cage that shouldn't be there and no the extra screws don't go there and they wouldn't do anything if they did so still a mystery. The only thing I think they should add is a handle on top or sides of the cage to make it easier to lift it off the rolling stand as it's heavy and being such a big cage it really does need something to help lift it off when necessary. Not everyone can just roll it into another area and if you try to lift it up to move it over something it pops off the cart. Believe me you definitely can hurt yourself with that feature (recall my mention of the smashed thumb). All in all I'm thrilled with this cage, it's really great quality and the best priced I found for this size. These birds are moving from a single wide to the suite at the Astor. They are going to be very happy.

Fantastic cage!!
Edit: Been using this cage for 2+ years now and it is still in great condition! I've also added a second budgie to my flock since the review and this cage is plenty big for the 2 of them.I love this cage and would definitely recommend it! I was between this one and cages that were much more expensive, and I'm glad I went with this.Setup: I was able to put the cage together by myself in about 20-30 minutes and the assembly instructions were easy enough to follow. All of the pieces fit together nicely. The most difficult part of the setup was getting the cage onto the stand, but I did that on my own and imagine it'd be a lot easier with two people. There is one issue in the instructions where it tells you to use the wrong type of screw when putting the stand together, but you'll see it's wrong instantly because the screw isn't long enough to go through the pieces you're connecting.Quality: The cage has been very sturdy, easy to clean, and the main door has a smooth working lock. The tray and bottom grating slide in and out nicely, and all of the other smaller doors work well. The shelf under the cage part has been sturdy and provides a lot of additional storage space. The wheels also work very well on my carpeted floor, so I imagine they'd also be great on wood flooring.Accessories: The cage came with 4 plastic bowls, 4 dowel perches, and 4 wire ramps. I put food and water into stainless steel bowls, but I do use one of the plastic bowls as a treat cup. It's a bit on the deep side for a budgie, but my bird still eats treats out of it fine. The plastic is very strong and not flimsy at all. I also only use 1 of the dowel perches since the majority of my perches are natural wood (birds need a variety of perches for their foot health)! The dowel perch is the perfect diameter for my budgies feet though! Then I don't use the ramps, but they feel sturdy and well made.Balance: I've seen other reviews complaining about the cage not being well-balanced on the stand part, but I've had zero issues with this. It should be fine as long as you move the cage by the stand part and aren't moving it around like you're in a go-kart race.Size: The cage itself is perfect for my parakeet and the space is large enough that I'd feel comfortable adding a second parakeet. The sizing is perfect for anything from finches to conures.Cons: While the cage itself arrived in great condition, the bottom tray did have a small crack in one of the corners. I don't blame this on the seller and imagine it happened during the shipping process. I contacted the seller about it and they were extremely polite and apologetic. They quickly sent me a replacement tray and it came without any flaws. My only 'complaint' about the cage is that when you remove the bottom grating above the tray, it leaves a decent sized gap that smaller birds could fit through. This gap is only present when the grating is taken out, not when it's in its proper place. My parakeet has never gotten out through it while I clean, but if you ever plan on bringing this cage outside or into a not bird-safe room just make sure the bottom grating is in place. This definitely isn't a big deal though!

I like it
I really like this cage for small/medium birds. Fairly easy to put together, instructions are kinda goofy and doesn’t list/explain everything. You can figure it out for the most part by looking at the pictures. Took like an hour between two people, much easier with a helper. The bars are definitely not super strong/sturdy but they work well enough. I put a branch on top of the cage and it actually almost fell over since the wires are so weak. That’s ok because I just moved it to one of the cross wires which was strong enough to support it. The side doors are nice for putting stuff on the upper back. It is kind of hard to put stuff on the lower back, you definitely need help with that. The front door is so nice and big, makes it super easy to move around in the cage. My cage did come with platforms and ladders but I didn’t want to use them all so I just used one as a platform and the rest to use as ladders on the side of the cage. Cage was not attached to the stand which is kind of goofy but that’s ok, I just used zip ties and now it’s super secure. Was very excited about the feed/water doors but unfortunately they are too small and my bowls won’t fit through them. Thats disappointing but whatever. They are also very easy to open so you will need to zip tie or put some kind of latch on it to keep them shut. I added that bridge to the floor as my gcc that will be in it is clipped from the pet store so I figured that would be an easy way to get up. Overall I would repurchase as it’s good quality for the price point.
