Hleeduo® Electronic Shisha Charcoal Hookah Coals Send Random Color in Big Size

Please don't buy it.1) I received the package, opened it and started to use electric hookah, it worked for 4-5 minutes producing some amount of smoke. Then suddenly it stopped working. I allowed it to cool, picked it up and found the ceramic plate broken within 4 minutes of use.2) I got the order delivered at my door steps on 20th Feb, while it is showing me delivered on 14th Feb.3) I am trying to contact the sellers with 3 requests for return and refund already since 20th Feb but no response from the sellers.In short if after spending $35 (equivalent to 100-200 regular charcoals) for something which doesn't work it's a definite NO BUY !!

The Electronic Shisha Charcoal fails horribly at accomplishing what it was designed to do. After attempting heat my shisha with the E-coal several times, i realized that not even on the highest setting can the E-coal sufficiently heat tobacco. This product is a really nice idea, but was designed poorly and needed to be designed with a exposed heating element to better distribute the heat.

This worked exactly as it should! It did take a little time to get up to speed but no longer than it did when I used coals, though I do recommend heating it then putting it on the shisha otherwise it can dry it out. I didn't even have to use a wind cover and it created plenty of heat and plenty of clouds. It also didn't char it like coals do!

This device worked the first time I used it for about 5 minutes then stopped getting hot, unplugged it, put it together again and refilled my bowl to see if it was operator error, even turned the temp all the way up, I'm not very pleased with this. The idea of an echarcoal is great just bummed that mine didn't work for me
