General Finish Delivers Again!
Paint went on very easy and left no brush marks. Details were fine with a brush. Sides, front, top, & back were done with a roller. Paint dries very fast with a matte finish. I added polyurethane to finish it off. Very satisfied and definitely will buy this product again.

Excellent Chalk Paint
This is by far the easiest chalk paint I’ve worked with. Doesn’t dry super fast.

Easy paint to work with, satisfying results, worth it!
The media could not be loaded. We just bought a house so of course I got into the whole diy your furniture thing. After some research I saw a lot of people mentioning milk paint! Now this isn’t real milk paint for those of you wondering but it achieves the look just the same. I wouldn’t change my decision for a second. I got this beautiful dresser and mind you it needed some refinishing. After some minimal hand sanding and wiping I got straight to painting! When I say I got this done in 40 min, would you believe me? Well believe me, because I did, and it’s such a rewarding finish. So if you’re conflicted about it, just buy it!

Easy to use and produces a nice finish
I painted 6 kitchen chairs with this paint. What I love about these milk paints is they apply and level nicely. I have learned from past experience, that this paint has a slightly chalky feel to it when it first dries. However in time the paint seems to cure and it develops a nice smooth (satiny) finish. It may take a few months (possibly related to the temp/humidity) but it will happen and the finish will be smooth and durable. Very happy with this product. Will buy again.

Very forgiving paint!
This is my first experience using either Milk Paint or a paint sprayer (Wagner Home decor spray gun), and I was very pleased with how my project turned out. I also did some test painting with a brush on some scrap wood. I thinned the paint slightly with water and had no brush strokes that showed on the finished product, and the spray finish was equally flawless. After spraying I was concerned with a couple of splatters, but when the paint dried they leveled out and disappeared. I can't comment on the durability yet, but this was great to work with and yields nice results.

The Best Paint I’ve ever used
This paint is the best I’ve found. Goes on smooth, self levels, smooth clean finish. I use it on most of my repurposed furniture as it sells immediately.

No noticeable smell, great coverage and beautiful results.
I do a ton of DIY projects and General Finishes is the best of the best. They sell this in high-end woodworking shops and for good reason. The Lamp Black milk paint has been on "to use list" for quite some time. There are plenty more milk paint products out there, but I don't know if any of them are easier to use than this.I normally scoop this up at my local woodworking shop, but I needed this for table legs and the top of some cabinets for my home office. I found it here on Amazon for much cheaper than buying several smaller containers.I can't recommend this milk paint enough. The images I've included show the General Finishes Lamp Black Milk Paint topped with the High Performance Water-based Overcoat in Satin. This is just another quality product rom General Finishes.

Best paint I’ve used thus far. Well worth the money!!
The media could not be loaded. Ok…So, I was very skeptical because this small can of paint was $50. I’m so happy I went with my gut feeling. Although, the can is small it packs a powerful punch.. you don’t need a lot because the coverage is superb. My nightstand was cherry wood and I turned it into a unique piece thanks to this paint. FYI.. I didn’t even prime first. I lightly sanded and cleaned with a paint cleaner and it turned out Lovely.. well at least to me it did.
