Used this to make edible faux-ultrasound gel when combined with blue Powerade. Worked well, tasted nice.

This product works very well for thickening liquids for those who need "nectar" consistency fluids due to issues with swallowing. Follow directions and it mixes well in most situations.Please note, the vendor does not accept returns. We discovered this when theis product arrived the day after a family member passed. We will look for a health charity group that can find someone who needs it.

seems not to dissolve instantly
Marketing exxageration aside, I tried this and found it FOR EVER to dissolve in my flavored water beverage and left the container sort of like Shelly Berman's characterization of what buttermilk leaves in the glass except this looked more like bodily fluids. All kidding aside, it works and doesn't disturb the taste of stuff but is seems slow to me.

This used to be stocked by a nearby grocery, but no longer. Found on line. Is exactly what I was ISO.Does what it's supposed to.
