Great purchase!
Great product! I have in my possession 2 company K-tapes plus StarkTape. One is 100% cotton and the other one is 97% cotton and 3% spandex like the StarkTape. They both are at least twice the price of StarkTape, and one doesn't sell K-tape in bulk. Anyway I put the StarkTape on in the evening of 8/21/17 and removed it on the evening of 8/24/17. The only reason I removed it was to try another method of using K-tape to support my arthritic left knee. I have patellafemoral arthritis and suffer from what feels like grinding or clicking behind the patella. I also suffered a case of quadricep tendonitis which is very painful. I couldn't run for seven weeks, from around 6/04/17 to 7/17/17 and the first week or so was walk/run. Anyway my physical therapist wrapped my knee with K-tape and it actually felt better so I went on Amazon to get some more. Like I said I have the StarkTape and 2 other brands and they all work pretty much the same. I find the way you wrap or tape is really important if all other things are equal. And in my limited experience the StarkTape performs excellent. I'm a perspire profusely, I mean in buckets.I'm now running maybe 20-25 miles a week and augmenting my running with 30 to 60 minutes on the elliptical as well as strength training with 1-2 days off. When I took the StarkTape off after 3 days, 10 miles running and walking another 5 miles (in 2 days), 30 minutes on the elliptical and 4 or 5 showers (some days I double up so it could've been more) and like I said the only reason I took the StarkTape off then was to try a different taping configuration (very important) and I could've left it on at least another day, maybe 2. The tape was still effectively lifting my skin the way I believe it's supposed to from what I've read. I just hope they can continue selling it at this price, anyway I bought another bulk roll at that price. This is well worth the money and very effective at staying on during very wet conditions (showers, sweat and such) but I don't know about swimming.

It does the job
It works as expected but I'm allergic to the adhesive. Use I knew that was possible.

Better than Rock Tape
I’m 49 years old and have always been active and lucky enough to not suffer any major injuries. Until now old age finally caught up with me and I developed tendinitis in my right knee. I suffered in pain for six weeks thinking rest would heal it before I finally went to see a orthopedic doctor. He gave me the diagnosis of tendinitis or jumpers knee he also called it. He prescribed physical therapy for me. I started the very next day just doing some very simple exercises that felt like I was doing nothing. After a couple sessions of this the pain had gotten a lot worse. I told my PT about it and he told me he was going to tape up my knee to help stabilize it and push up the knee cap. He used Rock Tape on me. I was amazed at the results. The pain was gone. It worked so much better than any knee braces or sleeves that I had been trying to alleviate the pain. The next day I looked for Rock Tape on Amazon and found it but was a little taken back at the price. I then saw a competitor’s version Stark Tape for less than half the price. It had excellent reviews so I figured I would give it a shot.I tried it out and was happy to find out it worked just as good as the Rock Tape for the pain relief. But was even more pleasantly surprised that it seemed to hold up longer than the Rock Tape. I can get about five days with the Stark and only about three with the Rock.I am very happy with this product and will purchase again.

I was a KT Tape fan, but StarkTape stick better on my skin!
The media could not be loaded. StarkTape kinesiology tape is terrific! I've always used KT Tape brand in the past because that's what they use and sell at my chiropractor's office. But I've been running low and having a shoulder pain, so I decided to buy a different brand online and see how they compare. I bought this StarkTape and I'm happy with the choice.First of all, I love that it's not precut. While there's something to be said for the convenience of precut strips, I often found myself cutting my precut KT strips in half because I simply don't need a full 10'' for some things and hate to be wasteful.Second, the StarkTape tape did not fray along the edges over time the way the KT tape did (strings would start to fray out after a few days and I always found myself trimming them off with scissors).Third, it seems to stick a little better to my skin than the KT tape did and I believe it might have more longevity. Now it might just be the placement of this strip because we all know that certain parts of our body experience more wear and tear or friction against our clothes, which effects how long the tape will stay on.Last, but certainly not least, the StarkTape kinesiology tape came with a fantastic free online ebook and I can tape alone my shoulder. There are over 60 pages of detailed illustrated ways to use appropriately use the tape for all sorts of things).I would definitely buy from this company again and am looking forward to checking out their other products. Five stars, for sure!
