Good product

This is an excellent cost-effective way of having exercise bands at home. The quality is top notch. Shipping was pretty quick too. As an added bonus, I got injured and need to keep pressure on my hip. This turns out to be a great band for that.

My mother resides at a small assisted living facility. She recently had surgery and had to undergo therapy. She was given therapy bands by the hospital. Another elderly resident liked to play around with the bands. (my mom had them attached to her walker). Anyway he requested that maybe he could get one. I came up with the idea to gift every resident a therapy band. This roll enabled me to cut 24 (40") separate bands to gift to each person at the home. I will be giving these gifts for Christmas "2019" This is a playful, functional item for a senior citizen that doesn't take up any room and can be beneficial.

Theraband is the gold standard in rehab supplies. Use this for my group exercise classes. Works great in about 30” sections.

I am a ballet and fitness instructor and I bought this to use for my dancers. They love that I’ll cut off a length for them to take home to practice and stretch and strengthen with. I like the feel of the non-latex much better than the latex bands, and they smell less weird too. I find that the roll lasts me longer and is more cost effective for how I use it with my students. I also took a step up from the RED strength to the GREEN and it’s just enough, but not too much more. I like to learn new ways to use them for strength and flexibility for my dance and Pilates students by watching videos on YouTube and by reading articles on my favorite dance teaching blogs.

Still a good product! Only 4 stars because this nonlatex black theraband used to be about the same price as the latex black, and now the company seems to have caught on that the nonlatex is much sturdier and lasts longer than the latex, and they raised the price. This newest roll also feels different—it has less real elasticity to it than the roll I got a few years ago, making me think it will not last as long and be more prone to stiffening and tearing (as the silver nonlatex was the last time I tried it). Please stay high quality, theraband! The feel and durability of your product is super important.

I've been using various textures of thera-band for decades, but this is the first time I've tried the "non-latex" professional version. It's only been a week but I can say I am very happy with the quality. The grip seems to be better than the latex products but I can't honestly say whether one type will last longer than the other. I do manage to get several months out of each "latex" strip I have used in the past although the mild resistance bands, (yellow and red) may wear down a little faster than the green and blue. The thera-band exercises I follow for my shoulder over these many years (provided by a licensed professional physical therapist) have enabled me to overcome surgical procedures on both my shoulders and I continue to play baseball at the ripe old age of 70. I'm talkin baseball........not softball. (No knock against softball players. I've played my share of games on that diamond as well)

I cut a few strips and tied a few loops of varying length, and it keeps together nicely. There's plenty of material too
