Amazingly Effective (yes it hurts), and fantastic price
Hurts so badly. So, so badly. I can't speak well enough about this thing. I have had tight psoas for years and finally have gotten around to doing something about it after enough injuries. For limited use with the "name brand" version that is twice as expensive, this works just as well for a much better price. The technology is the same across both of them as well. They are both two pieces of molded plastic screwed together.Yes this is a hard, because it's supposed to be to really dig into your psoas. And Wow, does it dig in. But I can feel the muscles starting to release after a week of use. If you're even psoas-curious, get this and try it.

Pso-rite but half the price
The pso-rite is offensively expensive for being a hunk of plastic that likely costs less than $3 to make—this is just as sturdy and shaped exactly the same (the base is maybe a tiny bit different but the prongs that dig into you are identical).I’m the first person to buy “name brand” because most of the time it’s worth it. With this… not so much. Don’t waste your money on the pso-rite, just get this.

not a cure all for your pain but is a reasonably priced ancillary tool for psoas release
Is somewhat bulky/hard to store but I guess that just comes with the territory. It is adequate for psoas release but you shouldn't expect it to be a cure-all for lower back pain; you need to couple it with strengthening exercises. Is built out of sturdy enough plastic it gets beat on/thrown around and hasn't been broken

Great alternative
Pso-Rites are small or overpriced, this is an ideal alternative to that product, yet the rounded edges provide for easier position adjustment

Hard plastic
I don’t think this is better than a ball. It is hard plastic and since the space between pressure points is not adjustable, this isn’t going to the right location for different bodies and muscle locations. I would maybe try a similar device but with adjustable spacing.

The hip prongs are too far apart for my width if hips
Its pretty thick and well made, but its too wide for my hips and doesn't hit correctly where it should when i try to lay down on it.

Fixed width design
Fixed width design is not practical since not everybody has the same width back.

Solved major issue with tight PSOAS muscle/connective tissue; no need for PT now
I used it heavily when I was suffering; now I pull it out infrequently as needed. If you are reading this, you are probably very tight. Using this tool is intense at first! but keep going, you will slowly relax onto it but it will take time. Eventually it will be able to probe deeply and things will begin to give. Then you will get up and look in the mirror and your butt will no longer stick out like Donald Duck.
