Ronin Brand Martial Arts Uniform Solid Colored Rank Belt – Wht, Yellow, Green, Org, Blue, Pur, Red, Brn, & Blk

Hello fellow Karateka, I earned my Shodan in Sho-Ku-Jitsu D.A.S. karate system out of Manhattan , NYC under the Great Shidoshi Nathan Ingram back in July of this year but since COVID-19 came along I was not able to receive my belt from my Grand Master in person so I waited to see if things got better but they didn’t so long story short, I decided to buy my own to be dressed in my correct rank. So I was looking all over the Internet and landed on the Ronin Brand, so I took a chance and am VERY pleased I did! The build is great, the black color is very nicely done, the length is correct for me! I ordered the Size 6, which measures 123 inches. Its a little stiff but over time I can tell it will break in well!! I’m 5’9 ,273lbs! I just bought the Ronin Gi today because of the quality of this belt and the great reviews of this brand / Gi’s ! I bought a size 6 in the Gi I wll write a review for it once I receive it! Osu!

Ronin is the best quality martial arts belt you could ask for. Very durable. Ronin also makes excellent karate uniforms.

Finally got the right size, belts great but the size chart is completely wrong. A size 4 wears more like a size 2. So go up two sizes if you’re ordering.

We lost our sons orange belt. This was a great replacement. Thick and well made.

Bought as brown belt. Planning to use for about 2 years. No defects found. It was a little stiff at first, but that is a good thing. After a couple of weeks of wear, it is developing its standard hold. I've been pleased.

I bought a black belt about two weeks ago as a gift for a student. The quality and feel is great, the price was more than reasonable and it looks very nice, too. Recommended!

Unfortunate issues. The size did not come as advertised. I ordered a size 4 and it came almost 3 inches short. I saw another comment about the blue they used and disregarded it. I should have paid closer attention because the blue they used is definitely closer to a BJJ light blue rather then the royal blue you see more commonly in Judo. Ronin may have done this on purpose to offset the blue from their blue Gi’s, so it didn’t blend, but unfortunately this makes the belt look washed out. The positives are the build is solid, and does not have foam filled like some other cheap belts, also it is well stitched with a clean logo. I’m hoping my belt being off sizing was a one off because I’ve been very happy with the rest of ronin brand over all. Overall still a decent belt and I will be using it.
