I've had this wig for over a month and its beautiful! It came the PERFECT size! I have a small head so usually wigs are too big but this size was amazing. The first pic is a few days after my first wear. I did absolutely nothing to it but brush it. I did flexi rod after wearing to keep the curls intact. Second pic is after washing, which I was afraid to do, but I left it in it's natural curl because it was so pretty. I have not died, plucked, nor tweezed anything.Very soft, I also have not flat ironed yet so I cannot offer any advice there. I simply cut the lace and put it on lol. It is a little on the thinner side, but works for me because I do like a more natural look. Little shedding in the beginning, (could possibly be from me cutting the lace very close to the hairline) none after that. Only complaint was, same day shipping was promised but ended up being some days after that. Worth the day wait lol
