Just received in the mail today, but seems like it's going to be a decent lock. The chain is hardened, but light. The combination is easy to change and has a very satisfying click when rotating the dials. This is not the type of lock that I would trust in downtown Seattle for all day, but for something to keep my bike where I left it at a post ( or mid ;-) ) ride pub/coffee stop. This would also do well to keep a grill or something on the patio. I look forward to using this instead of my heavy U-Lock for riding around town.

This product was used to lock my rear bicycle tire to my frame so no one could just walk away with the bike w/o cutting this. I didn’t use this as my main bike lock but an additional one. It’s a straightforward product and I didn’t come across any issues. I can’t give an opinion in terms of theft deterrent as no one ever tried stealing my bike(which is a good thing).

I was thinking buying a simple and inexpensive lock sine we lived in suburbs. We are suprised that this lock is heavy and sturdy. The digital lock is in clear and large numbers, smooth and easy to turn. The only problem for us was setting the code, but it solved after we followed the picture on the item page. Very satisfied with the purchase.

It looks more substantial than it is, which is half the battle, right? It's fairly lightweight and will fit around a seatpost so that's big plus. If somebody wants your bike they're going to get it, but for me this is the perfect deterrent at a great price.

Great lock. Just long enough to secure your bike, but short enough to wrap around your seat post or wherever. Nice big numbers, easy to unlock. 5 digit code is always better. Good enough to at least deter thieves, but you can cut through anything if you really want to, so.....

I like the functionality of the bike lock, as I am able to wrap it around my wheels. Good, sturdy lock for the price, and hopefully it will keep the thieves away!
