Very Good Sound Quality but poor post buy service
It’s a awesome product. Very clear sound quality.Post buy service is very bad. I had bought the product in April and in 3 months only one of the Ear bud is not working and the company(Thrumm) is not even bothered to respond to the emails send via contact us.

I ordered the headset before 12 Days,Everything was good but suddenly it is now not getting connected with my phone, sometimes gets connected but not able to hear the voice.It is in warranty but still not able to return.I tried with other head phones they are working good with my phone.
