I just received my second one of these in one week, and again, it does not work at all. The instructions say to plug in the device,and turn the switch on. Only problem is, there are no switches!!! Very disappointed. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Although, for $125, you’d think it would work. Total garbage! By the way, even when I plug it in nothing happens.

This product does not work when plugged in, nor are there switches to turn it on. The company did not answer my question about where the switches mentioned in the one page owners manual we’re located. Very disappointed.

For something that costs so much ...the least I expect is for it to work . I’m so upset by this .

Does not function. No switch. Poor instructions. False marking by amazon system as people’s choice.
