The spikes were good quality. The spike wrench did not work with my sons shoes, because where the spikes screw in to the shoes is recessed. The spikes were not ground down enough to fit in the wrench that came with his shoes. We also had a replacement wrench from an old pair of track shoes and they did not fit in that wrench either. I made the slot bigger on one wrench.

These fit into my son’s ASICS track shoes perfectly.
Due to the shoe design, the included tool didn’t work well, but these were easily installed with a pair of basic pliers. A couple weeks into the season and they are holding up great.
