I use it when mountain biking in Florida and it works!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I ride mountain bikes in Florida, which means I’m usually soaked in sweat before I even hit the trail. The Halo Headband II has become one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I used it.Before this, I’d constantly have sweat dripping into my eyes—burning, blurring, and making every root and rock way more dangerous than it needed to be.This headband doesn’t completely stop the sweat (nothing will in Florida), but the little rubber strip actually *does* redirect it away from my eyes. It’s weirdly effective. It’s lightweight, fits under my helmet without being annoying, and doesn’t stretch out after a few washes. I’ve tried cheaper ones, but they either slide around or just become a soggy mess. This one stays put and dries fast.Honestly, it’s not some game-changing piece of gear—but it makes my rides way more comfortable, which makes a big difference when I’m out in 95-degree heat trying not to get eaten alive by bugs.Worth it.Wicking ability:It dries quickComfort:I don't even realize Im wearing it

Thin But Mighty
If you get these headbands out of the package, you’re going to think that they’re too thin to get the job done. I know I did. I have been using somewhat thicker ones that are made out of a similar material, and they get saturated and allow sweat to start dripping in my eyes if I don’t wring them out during long rides. These, however, have done as advertised. I’ve been on some sweat-inducing rides, and so far they are very good at channeling the sweat out of my eyes. Being light weight, they also allow my helmet to fit comfortably. They dry quickly after the ride, too.

It Really Works! I HIGHLY recommend this item!
I've been riding my road bike for about two years now and ignoring/dealing with the inevitable sweat making it's way into my eyes. That is my local bike shop told me about this product that another, more experienced rider highly recommended thus product, so I tried it. It worked better than I thought possible, but only did it do an awesome job absorbing my sweat, what makes it so "revolutionary" is the built in what I refer to as a sweat channel that diverts the excess sweat down the sides of my face not allowing it to get in my eyes.I loved it so much I promptly ordered another!

Protects against pouring sweat just as described. Great style in a thin band. But does produce slight tension headache.
Product arrived on time exactly as described by seller.Living in Arizona and working in a lot of situations where sweat getting into my eyes was becoming a real problem. Finally broke down and decided to try a headband, but wanted something lighter than a cotton terry cloth that would still work for my heavy sweating brow and head issues. This headband does the job great. I didn't believe at first that something so light weight and thin would control my sweating that much, but it has. I actually went from sweat pouring down my face to nothing. I has saved me a lot of issues since I work with my hands and couldn't mop my brow as often as I was needing to in order to not get blinded. The band is mostly comfortable. I got the black band and the color did not feel hotter in the sun. It's easy to fit as you wish. The shape of the band fits front to back of the head very well even if the back slides up a little sometimes. It's not distracting or makes the band looser. It fit exactly right when first started using it. It has not stretched out at all after many uses so far.I have sensitive skin too and so far the material hasn't bothered me or caused me to break out which was my main concern.By contrast I wasn't sure what band product would work so I also got a Bondi band which is much more cover along the forehead. Sometimes the extra amount of material of the Bondi seems a bit overwhelming compared to the more svelte Halo. The reason the Halo works so well is because of the diverter band. It does do the job it claims very well. I didn't get any sweat coming down my brow at all and the band never dripped even during heavy, hot working conditions. It remained evenly damp and did dry/wick quickly to avoid moisture buildup in the band as advertised. But the divertor band being it's biggest selling point is also it's weakness. Because of the tension of the divertor band after about 30 min of wearing it, it did start to induce a mild tension headache. Not enough to make me want to take it off during use, but enough to make me want to switch to the Bondi band for the next use and thereafter. The Bondi is just more comfortable for long uses. Maybe it might depend on your hairstyle how much that bothers you. My hair is mostly wavy and bounces back pretty easy from being compressed. So the Bondi band coming up and over my hairline doesn't bother me. The Halo might be for someone who definitely wants to keep the headband below the hair line. But it did give me a slight tension headache after a little while. It's very pocketable and can easily be compressed down into a thin size. However, you wouldn't want to squeeze it too much as the divertor band will start to prevent it from folding very well.Overall the Halo II has great style and functionality. I do prefer the style of it over the Bondi. I just wish it was more comfortable for long uses.

No more sweat in my eyes!
Favorite headband for running so far. I have tried Sweaty Band, Bondi Band, and although they soak up some sweat, once they are saturated in a short time, sweat starts running down my face into my eyes. Sweat and sunscreen burning your eyes while running is not fun. I have worn this band for 2 runs and it worked perfectly. I have a small head and I was worried because this band looked small. It was the perfect size. I run in 90 degree, 90% humidity weather. This band absorbed so much sweat. It didn't slip, and it kept the sweat out of my eyes. I just ordered 2 more!

It fulfills its function
It feels very good quality, it's small and not uncomfortable. I've used it for about three hours straight during intense exercise and no sweat has gotten into my eyes, so it does its job. It's not uncomfortable when wearing a cycling helmet. I recommend it.

Needs tweaking.
It really worked on the first use. Only problem was, that I believe, the inside strip should be from temple to temple because as I tipped my head, the sweat ran in my eyes from the side. I hand washed and rinsed it for the next use and it didn’t work as well as the first try. Oh well, I tried.
