Is the xxl chest size correct 46” when reviews say otherwise ??

I bought a large for my husband and it was true to size but find clothes made in China are usually on the small side.

What metal is it? Cotten or silk?

They are cotton and good quality I bought last year and again this year

Do the shorts have pockets?

Yes they do have pockets.🎅🤶

What size for a 19year old with a sporty build? He’s normally medium in t shirts

I would go for large as it is Lounge wear and as you say he is a sporty build It will be comfortable for sleeping
