I am not one to take time to write a review, but when a product is good, I make time to share my experience. For a while I have faced issues sleeping and finding a way to relax, tried several things like going to the gym, drinking wine, watching tv, reading a book, writing in a journal, etc. I found this product and decided to give it a try, i havre tried other items of this same brand and the results have been amazing, therefore I made the purchase. This brand is not cheap but worth it. Well all I can say is that I am so happy, I feel rested, I can relax and sleep. Give it a try, you will feel so happy you bought it. One thing it makes me sleepy, the bottle states to take one in the morning and one at night, I do not take the morning pill, I need to feel alert because I need to make a living and go to this thing they call work.

Good quality products. I did notice the calming effect but nothing insane but that could be because i didn’t take it long enough.

Cannot live without it. Caring for an aged husband with dementia it is a must have.
