Lighted Bathroom Mirror Dimmable Wall Mounted LED Mirror GS084D-2430(24"X30" inch) with Memory Function

** Update: This was originally a 1 Star Review left in attempt to hear from the company since I couldn’t find contact information, It worked; my issues were solved and the company proved to be beyond reproach. They pursued me until I was able to get my mirror fixed. An offer to help pay for my contractor that had to make an adjustment to a loose wire (sometimes things just happen) was declined by me, as the very offer was way more valuable than the money spent. As previously stated, all 3 of my mirrors are hung and working beautifully! They are exactly what I wanted! My latest interactions with the company make it an honor to recommend products from the same! END of Update…...I purchased 3 of these Lighted Mirrors last year for my 3 bathroom remodel project. After some delays with completing the job, my contractor finally installed them a couple weeks ago and the large one in my master bath isn't lighting at all. I cannot find contact information to ask for assistance from the vendor therefore I am writing this review hoping they will reach out and help. My other mirrors were installed a bit sooner and work well. They are exactly what I wanted. Of course, my master bath is important to me and I need a working mirror.

This mirror was a great way to make my bathroom look a little more contemporary and clean. It was shipped in 2 days in a double cardboard box with Styrofoam to protect the mirror (total weight was 79 lbs). I hardwired the mirror to the existing light fixture that I replaced so the light switch turns the LED lights on and off. The lights turn on to the same dimming setting that they were in when they were turned off. Hard wiring the lights was not difficult but it required that you cut off the 3-prong plug and strip the wires back to reveal the white, black and green wires which you splice into the white, black and ground wires, respectively. Hanging the mirror was also not particularly difficult. It hangs on two pretty small brackets that you attach to the wall and the mirror has corresponding brackets that attach to them. The mirror came with pretty flimsy screws and anchors to mount to the wall, which I did not feel comfortable using based on the size and weight of the mirror. I anchored one bracket to a stud and was able to use a heavier duty anchor for the other bracket. Overall, it is a very good looking mirror and has the ability to get very bright (I am using it at about half brightness).

This is a great mirror, got the 48x28 which was perfect size, easy to install, and the light brightness was perfect for our bedroom. Arrived without any issue, no weird distortion in the reflection. The light really makes a difference for the makeup too, you can notice the difference when you are outside (much smoother and natural tone makeup).Changing brightness is not as great as it could be, since you have to hold the button while it adjusts brightness, and since there's no feedback or shortcut to the max or min brightness, it's a bit of a guess work. But not a big issue at all, since I don't change the brightness as much.On my first mirror, the light all of a sudden stopped working after 5 weeks. However, the seller was very responsive and quick in addressing the issue, and the replacement I got came without an issue. Great mirror, stellar support!

I put this mirror in my bathroom and it’s beautiful and very stylish…. It makes you feel like you in a 5 star hotel… I highly recommend this mirror. I got a lot of compliments…

Great use and looks good but what they don’t tell you is that the little light led buttons are SO BRIGHT they shine into your bedroom so I’ll have to tape them or something.

I HAD to leave this review, and I’m surprised no one else has. This mirror right here is absolutely AH-MAZING. You can’t beat the quality for this price. I was looking for those cliche Hollywood vanity mirrors that’ll easily run you $500, when I came a cross this. I just wanted a nice, large, bright, SIMPLE mirror. I don’t need plugs, and speakers, and Bluetooth... so this seemed just right - and it didn’t disappoint. The light is bright, it was super easy to install (took me all of ten minutes to put up, and I took my time), and it came within just a couple of days. This mirror makes me want to get pretty EVERY the morning. I can’t wait to use it!
