I got this to replace the plastic oil sight glass in my older Central Pneumatic 8 gallon portable air compressor model 67501. The old one blew apart after 20 years. This 1/2 inch fit perfectly and I’ve run the compressor for an hour with no leaks. Because of this, we saved the environment from having more trash in the . Great item.

We have a 15+ year old Husky compressor which keeps on chugging along. I finally discovered the oil leak when it got worse this week, it was coming from the original sight glass. That old one broke coming out, and I had to carefully exhume it from the compressor case. Once it was out of the way, this replacement fit right in and no more leak! Hopefully it lasts; it appears to be a direct replacement.

The material this is made of is very soft. Use caution when tightening it up or you could cause it to break. One installed properly it does a good job and looks just like the OE.

Original sight glass became cloudy and difficult to read. Not sure what thread is a “G1/2”, but this fits the Craftsman air compressor 1HP 12 gal 125 PSI. The original one is made of steel and this is aluminum. I ordered the metric brass model (s20102100ux0327), but the thread (M20x1.5) doesn’t fit, which surprised me. There is yet another one from the same brand p/n s19012100ux0210 that also fits this compressor, but it slightly more expensive.

This is a duplicate delivery. I am returning another item the same as this one which was delivered two days ago, which is too big for the purpose intended, I need a smaller gauge. I don't know why the duplicate item was sent and I'd like to return it.

Il tappo e da 3 stelle per com'è fatto a qualche bavetta qua e là ma niente di grave e di alluminio o un materiale simile ma è comunque meglio di quello in plastica originale , o datto 1 stella perché a me serviva un tappo per un buco da 25mm e nella descrizione diceva che il tappo e da 26 mm ,in realtà è arrivato uno da 20 mm piccolissimo per qui ho fatto un acquisto inutile dunque questo tappo va bene per un buco da 20mm di diametro.
