Venturer KLV39103 10-Inch Under-Cabinet LCD TV/DVD Combination (Silver)

Love the TV. Installed it in my kitchen so it hangs under my cupboard. Has a really clear picture, great sound and has not failed once in the 6 or 8 months that we've had it. I almost wish now that I would have purchased the next size up since the picture quality was so good but would recommend this one for space saving. It doesn't hand all the way down to the cupboard so you don't lose counter space.

Just wanted to help those who want to know about the mounting. You have to mark and drill though the bottom of the cabinet. Then counter drill the holes from the inside of the cabinet. Screws are placed down through the cabinet into the mounting holes on the unit. The spacers work great. One size of the spacers fits our cabinet perfect. Did not give it a five stars because the TV does not stay in the folded up position. This does not matter to me I leave it down all the time. TV screen is perfect for the size of our kitchen.

This under cabinet TV/DVD was easy to install, hook up to cable and scan for stations. Then the quality of image was surprisingly clear with an easy to use remote that was small and actually had the necessary functionality. This unit is small so it does not take up too much room and I recommend it to anyone who does not want to sacrifice counter space.

TV serves its purpose well as a small footprint under cabinet TV. We use it in the kitchen. Only issue we found is that it is not very bright. As soon as any sun shines into the kitchen the TV is washed out.

Received and installed about 30 days ago. It was exactly as advertised. Not the greatest picture or sound but more than adequate for a low footprint kitchen TV. Easy to set up and displays digital channels with high quality.

Pros: Light weight, good size screen, very nice looking. Good sound quality, easy operation very compact design. All in all very good product.

Purchased through Amazon. Sorry I purchased this TV. I had an audiovox similar to this model(7 years older). In fact, the remote control from my old set works on this new one. The picture on this new tv stinks. My old tv had a great picture that could be seen from many angles. This new tv has an ok picture that can only be seen when it is pointed directly at you. When we are in the kitchen we watch tv most of the time. We could be standing, sitting on a bar stool or sitting at our table. Each spot requires us to move the screen. Often we are at different spots and one of us has to settle for sound but no picture. Too bad Venturer; I would never buy this TV. No one else should either...gee I miss my audiovox.

The unit was defective on receipt. The sound cut off inexplicably. Turning off and then back on worked a couple of times, but it would cut off again, then finally no sound at all. I wasn't all that impressed with the picture quality, either. The radio tuner did impress me, though. Installation was simple (for me, anyway). Return via Amazon was easy and straightforward, for which I am grateful. I am going to get another one since the options for this type of product are limited and this unit was favorably rated on other sites. I had a little Philips unit (that lasted 7 years) that I was quite satisfied with, but of course they don't make it anymore. Sigh!March 9, 2015 - However, after almost 2 years my replacement unit has worked flawlessly and I have no complaints. I guess I just got a bad one the first time.
