I use Mandarin oranges to take my supplements. Taking supplements on an empty stomach can cause painful stomach ache. I use these oranges as I need citrus to absorb iron supplements. These are great for a snack too. Important to tip cup away from you when you pull off seal. Otherwise the juice spills all over you. No sugar added, but very sweet. Fresh and bright color.

My kids go through these so quickly, I finally just added them to my subscribe and safe!I was a little hesitant at first to order food through Amazon as I do not live very close, so I knew it would take a day or two to receive even with prime, but I was pleased that when the arrived, they were fresh, they were not expired, they tasted great, no weird smells or anything. These are perfect sized snack cups for my two toddlers, they love them!

Got this since the jars haven't been available for a while now. Hate the little plastic cups, tops stay closed so okay in shipping but tastes a bit plastic- y to me ... Will keep buying regardless

Not a fan of pulp so this is the only way I eat oranges. Dole has good quality and I appreciate the lower sugar.

Great refreshing snack/treat. It a good pick me up in the afternoon. I wish the top was easier to pull off but the taste makes up for that. Best refrigerated but fine at room temperature. During the warm weather I go through a box weekly. Enjoy!
