350W Folding Electric Bicycle with 15Mile Range Collapsible Lightweight Aluminum E-Bike Built-in 36V 6AH Lithium-Ion Battery, APP Speed Setting and Handlebar Display (White-6AH)

I purchased this bike in September 2019. 1 month later the front tire had a hole in the inner tube. I was able to repair it after several attempts. The enclosed patches would not stay on the tube. I went to Walmart to purchase a better patch kit. November the rear tire had a flat. Took me several months to figure out how to get tire off the bike. I had contacted the support located on the booklet, to no avail. I then contacted Amazon, who referred me to the seller. The seller wanted me to send them a picture of the tire. My goal was to purchase new tubes. This should not have required me to send a picture. To date, no help what so ever from Amazon or the company. In addition the power cord comes in 2 pieces, the box cracked as I was plugging the 2 pieces together. No assistance with this either, since I have a one year warranty. The original cord when I plug it in the bike it is now sparking, even though it is not plugged into the wall. I ordered one on Amazon, as the new one sparks also. I finally received in June a message from Ancheer support someone would get back to me in 1 to 2 days. The company Ancheer as if July 2020, has been lying to me. The information on the website I was able to locate matches the information for the warranty and company I had. My advice is not to purchase this bike from Amazon or Ancheer. I was able to find a person who used Amazon and won, another who filed a complaint with the BBB and was able to resolve with a full refund. I sent my complaint to the BBB today and will be filing one tomorrow with the Attorney general, Consumer Fraud. If the virus was under control, I would sue for the maximum in court. Lousy companies. Oh I see Amazon is not selling this bike anymore. I would be leary of purchasing any bike from Ancheer since the contact information in the booklet is bogus. They just direct you to Amazon, which is a total waste of time. I found out if you buy Ancheer bikes from a 3rd party they do not honor the warranty. No disclosure from Amazon or seller. So why is Amazon allowing sellers to still sell this bicycle?

What i like about the bike it's not small ,its tiny it fits on public 🚌 light weight it has a nice ride. What i don't like about this bike the seat don't raise up neither does the handle bars charge don't last long but i am 241lbs 6 foot tall. But its a cool bike kids love it. This bike don't go up big hills either.

It was fun to play with but it's for kids age about ten to fourteen, in my opinion

Packaging was damaged extremely when it arrived. Battery was already on as well which was bit disappointing and super hot. Can’t get the bars to fold down again. But took it for a spin and I was surprised at how fast this little thing is. Cruise control works beautifully and works as it should.

I truly love the bike, but I wish it could accelerate better going up hill.

Ok bike but not very sturdy. Parts are cheaply made

Easy to ride, very light ,good speed.what I don't like is the seat can't be raised, other than that I k like it.thanks
