The Nokia 5.1 plus is a very high quality phone and I am very happy with the purchase. On Amazon the black version is the least expensive and is my preferred phone color anyway. It’s un-locked so It works on AT&T, T-mobile, and others that use their towers, such as ( Tracfone, Metropcs, Cricket, Mint). It does not work with Verizon or Verizon based sim card discount phones. It has the pure “Google One” Android 9 system that comes with 3 years security updates and supposedly will get an Android 10 upgrade. The 13mp dual camera software was updated recently and performs excellent as expected. It records 1080p video and Google cast in 1080p to my 65” TV. The screen on the phone is a 19:9 wide 720p. It is sharp and has good color. I put a 128gb high speed U3 micro SD card in and installed TomTom GPS that put the maps on the micro SD card. I also use Waze and Google maps in the city, but use Tomtom in Canada and US in the country as it doesn’t use phone data. Also, I moved the photo folder to the micro SD card. There is little or no bloatware on this phone so I have plenty of space with the 32 gb internal drive and can put movies, GPS maps, and game data on the 128 gb micro sd card. The front and back is the nearly indestructible glass so there is no need for a screen protector or even a case. The rounded rim is a very tough plastic with metal inside support, I bought a wallet case anyway as I like to carry business cards and a little cash with my phone in my shirt pocket. I recommend the Nokia 5.1 plus to anyone that wants a good phone but would rather not pay $500 or more for it.

Had the product for less then a week and I will not charge properly where the cord plugs in is lose and if you prop it up it will charge....

This is by far the best phone I ever owened. I usually wait a while to leave a review, but after about 5 hours, I can't wait. Unless this phone blows up in my pocket tomorrow, I will swear by this phone. Very affordable and comes with a pile of features. The best is the fingerprint scanner. Awesome!Stay up to date and keep your device secure. With the Nokia phone, you do not have to wait on your carrier for updates, Nokia will give you updates that Google just released. Aboslutely Amazing!Best of all is no extra CRAP installed. I especially hate Facebook and this device DOES NOT HAVE IT!Best phone in the world and I will never buy another brand other than Nokia as long as they do business tomorrow like they do today.Buy one IMMEDIATELY and tell all your friends and family to do the same.I use Straight Talk and all I had to do was buy a .99 sim card from Straight Talk to use this phone.Buy with confidence if you are a Nerd like me and like the latest cutting edge updates.

The nokia 5.1 plus has a great screen. Can not tell its only 720 p. Gets bright for outside use. It is small enough to use one handed. I have it on t-mobile with no issues. The phone updated to android pie.Cameras take good pictures. when recording videos has a little trouble focusing when moving. Screen is used as flash on selfies. There is no wifi calling. No nfc. Apps cannot be moved to sd card. Sd card is for files,photos,videos . Dual sim can be used if there is no sd card in it. Gsm phone only so cant be used on verizon,sprint. Sound qualty is good. All in all a great phone for the price.Being a android one phone it has the promise of timely security updates. This phone is currently on the Oct 5/19 security patch.

What a great value. Very nice, bright, responsive screen. Charges very fast and has decent battery life. Simple, clutter free OS. I bought this for my father who is not tech savvy. He loves it. No unnecessary, duplicative applications. I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

While the value is good, The product is not what was said in the description concerning “Dual SIM card “, The main reason I ordered. Total misleading!

Overall this is a good phone. The quality is good and features however the primary reason for this purchase is that it is advertised as dual sim. I have done and tried everything possible to verify this and I have been told numerous times that it is not a dual sim. It has one sim slot and a sd slot.the sd slot is said to be able to accommodate the second sim card. I have tried this and to no available. I have alternatively tried both sims in the sim slot and they connect to the network indiviallyto that one slot but when I try the sdslot with one of the sim, it never ever picks ups. A technician says it only has one ime number which means the phone is only used as one sim.

These phones have a well known charging port problem where the phone simply can't be charged. I wish I had researched it before buying Nokia is slow to fix or even take responsibility for the issue. It's a great phone, but if you can't reliably charge it, it's just a paper weight.

This phone is great. Cheap, all that i need or want, easy to use, sharp images. happy.
