Product as described when arrived . The one lid was broken when I received it but it’s fine, probably could have used better shipping material to avoid the breakage. I’ve used this brand before but for some reason this stuff takes hair off unevenly. I still have patches of hair , which I’m not used to. Maybe the formula has changed .

Not a great item
When I applied it the Nair had a really strong bad smell but I ignored it. I tried doing this on my armpit and I left it on there for about 8 minutes. It was really hurting my armpits but I thought it was supposed to do that so I just dealt with the pain and after wiping it off, it did not get all the hair off and it left a scar on my armpit. Even after showering, that horrible smell was still there and when I put my t-shirt on it hurt my armpit and it was hurting so much. I do not recommend using this and I really wish I just decided to wax instead of doing this.
