Exactly what i wanted
Recovering from a broken ankle and ankle surgery I have been using these with my physio to try to improve motion, balance and strength in my ankle. He suggested I buy a couple for home so he can give me regular exercises to do inbetween our sessions. I find it really helps and as well as doing the exercises I also try to use them when I am carrying out chores whilst standing such as washing-up, folding laundry, etc. They are very sturdy, a decent size and are really helping with my mobility so much. They are easy to store away and the bright pink really cheers me up! Arrived quickly. Recommended.

Uncomfortable
The main problem with this cushion, it's just not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. The main issue seems to be the material it's made from is quite thick and fairly hard, so after sitting for any length of time it leaves your legs and bottom feeling quite sore and tender. I find I can't sit on it for more than about 20 minutes before I have to remove it.The pump worked well, although it does feel a bit flimsy so wouldn't take much to break. I do like the self opening/closing seal though, no fiddling with caps or plugs when pumping the cushion which is very nice.If you only sit for a few minutes at a time, this is probably a good cushion to use. It also feels nice and sturdy if you were wanting to use it as an exercise tool. If you're wanting to use it as a longer term seating option it's really not suitable.

Appears sturdy
Got this as part of ongoing physio to stand on it one footed. Is made of quite thick rubber and comes with a pump to up the air pressure. Stipples on the base give it firmly planted on polished floor or carpet. by changing the air pressure it changes the challenge of standing on it one footed. as a seat base cushion i can see the benefits for core strength and back muscles. for the price compared with ones used at the gym it is great value for money and expect to get a lot of life out of it, If i can stop the dogs thinking it's one of their toys !!

exactly as expected
The cushion arrived in good time and in good condition. It comes with a pump and spare needle which is handy and is simple to inflate. Then, I guess it is what it says it is - a wobble cushion. There are dimples of different sizes on each side and it doesn't seem to deflate too quickly.I have knocked a star off simply because there were no instructions/guidance regarding exercises or recommendations of how to use it. This would have been a helpful reference and negated the immediate need to look at youTube etc.

Solid, strong
Purchased this for hubby who has Parkinson's Disease. His physio advised to help when he is sitting; he leans to the right. Idea is that he balances himself. Its early days but I can see it will help to some degree.Be careful with the inflator as there is a knack to using. I managed to bend one, but have a spare so will be careful next time.

Great for dodgy ankles
Good quality cushions. They come complete with pump and a spare pump adaptor. Using to strengthen ankle ligaments in conjunction with hospital physio and working really well.

2 in 1
Stand on it whilst washing up so work on my balance and core muscles at the same time as doing my chores - what's not to like!

Fun and convenient
I got this to improve my posture when sitting and to use as an exercise tool to work my abs. It's perfect for both. Very sturdy. Holds the air pretty well. Easy to inflate. My nieces and nephews love trying to balance on it, so I guess it doubles as a toy!
