I actually use this for my dog. She stresses a lot in thunderstorms and when fireworks are going off. It helps her settle down a great deal. It is also good for nights when her arthritis is bothering her. It helps her sleep.

yes this is worth it
We have used melatonin in lots of formulas and forms, like gummies and tablets. This liqiud form works quickly using only 1 mg. Thank you. I still have to use unisom since I've always had insomnia with PTSD and had a rx for ambien for 10 years, but I can honestly say on a few nights I have fallen asleep with just 1 mg of this melatonin. Amazing.

Best Sleep Aid
I have tried other melatonin drops, which taste like if it was mixed with vodka, and this one has a pleasant taste. On average it calms the mind and helps me sleep within 30-40 minutes. Melatonin pills and gummies, with a higher dose, do not work as quickly and well for me.
