It’s almost as if you’re high!
This sh*t made me mello AF. Also gave me crazy dreams. I dig it.

the stuff of nightmares
If this tea helps anyone to sleep, it is certainly not me. I brewed with 2 tbsp the first time and 1 tbsp the next (thinking maybe I had brewed it too strong the first time). Both times I came to feel very relaxed ... but then lay awake some hours before dozing off for a couple more, finally waking for good in the pre-dawn hours. I had a nightmare that my daughter ran away, my wife did not care, and I was unable to figure out how to even reach the police... so no lucid dreaming for me!

Nice tea for relaxation!
The tea brews to a subtle non offensive flavor. It tastes very light and slightly herbal. I myself prefer a strong tasting tea, but this isn’t bad. My bag came with lots of whole herbs and packaged to the brim. This tea promotes relaxation, and natural sleepiness. If you haven’t experienced Ashwaganda root before the experience can be quite strong at first, but after regular use the effect mellows our. It also depends how many of those roots end up in the tea your brewing. This is great for insomnia, and does promote more vivid rememberable dreams. If you are someone with blocked third eye chakra you will have nightmares, as these are shadow fears, anxieties, memories, that you have been repressing. Having nightmares means it’s working to clear this all up. These herbs are supposed to activate the third eye. If you are a witch like myself and want to use this for third eye, intuition, astral projection and lucid dreaming, this is a helpful tool if you are doing the other work to improve the quality of all your chakras. I also like to make a light version of this tea for rituals to get into a relaxed focused mood.

Highly recommend. I drink it often.
I love this loose leaf tea and drink it often.I've repurchased it and plan on doing so again. Actually does assist me in remembering my dreams more vividly. I have recommended it to others who complain about not dreaming anymore. Awesome.

Lucid Dreaming
Absolutely inspiring. I love my dreaming mind and anything earthly that supports it!

Too expensive
It was unsifted so when I placed the loose tea into my tea ball, the herbs seeped through the tiny holes. I sifted it myself and ended up with half a spice jar of dust. Not with the price considering how much was wasted.

No lucid dreams, but delicious and relaxing!
I've been drinking this tea nearly every night and so far I am a fan. I haven't had any lucid dreams, but I suffer from chronic insomnia, and while I can't say for sure that this tea actually helps me sleep, it does make my mind feel calmer while I'm trying :)Bonus: It tastes great! Light and herbal, sort of like a jasmine green tea.
