[ALL STAR TRUCK PARTS] 12V 140 Amp Dual Battery Isolator - Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR) (VSR Only)

Installed the relay to replace my stinger isolator. Started up the car, measured the voltage and confirmed there was ~14.1-14.2 volts going into the relay from the starter battery, but 0 volts from the relay to the 2nd battery. Tried to isolate issue by checking if ground wire (the black wire that's preinstalled)/bad connections or cables were the issue but no problems there. It's looking like the item itself was defective, contacted customer support and may update if/when they respond.TL;DR=unit doesn't turn on although it's connected properly and has power going in via the battery and ground but no power going out.

Once fully charged this device will drain one of the two batteries until it hits the cutoff voltage which is at the limit of maybe starting the vehicle.Should increase the SHUTOFF voltage limit.

the instructions were east to follow, and installation was easy. However, when installed the unit would not disengage when the car was off, so it drained my secondary battery. I have reached out to the seller multiple times, but they have not responded at all.

Seems to be working very well and is super easy to install. Doing a great job keeping both batteries charged.

Perfect product for the dual buttery set up in my 2019 turbo rzr.
