Why do I have to pay shipping if I have amazon prime ?

Hello ,thanks for your supports for us.Because we are a third-party seller and not an Amazon self-operated store, and the shipping fee is calculated by the courier company based on the size and weight of the package.So even you have amazon prime ,you still need pay for the shpping.Thanks for your support.

Does the company cover the shipping to return, if I don’t like them?

I didnt return this item but stools that were 24.99 to ship and i only had to pay $18 to return

If I dont like them do I pay shipping to return?

I ordered the beige and it was more of a darker tan color so I wanted to exchange for the grey. They didn't have it at the time so it's going to cost me over $200 to return 4 chairs. I emailed the GOTMINSI and ask if they could send me a prepaid postage and I'll pay for the shipping cost of $24.99 per package (I had 2 packages). They agreed and when they refunded the 4 chairs, I only had to pay shipping cost of $54 (it should be $50 but I guess they took the taxes on shipping cost as well). They were quick at returning emails within 24 hours. Great customer service. BTW, they offered if I keep the beige chairs, they will credit me 30% which I thought was really good but the beige color did not go well with my kitchen grey walls.
