These are the best meatballs next to home cooked by Grandma (or me)! I use red pepper flakes in my spaghetti sauce and my meatballs, True Sicilian recipe as my Grandmother came over on a boat from Sicily.Now I save time and money by cooking my spaghetti sauce with these instead.Cooking Instructions:Heat OVEN to 375 degrees F. Place meatballs on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 mins; gently turn meatballs over and bake an additional 5-10 mins until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F.ORIn large SKILLET, cook meatballs over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until internal temperature reaches at least 165ºF. Remove meatballs from skillet.ORAfter browning all sides in a skillet or the oven add to your homemade sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.Even better brown on all sides then throw tomato puree, tomato paste and your preferred spices into your INSTAPOT. Set it for 20 minutes and it's done.Hope this helps someone 🤶❤️

Even though these were raw to start & i had to cook them...my family thought they were precooked frozen meatballs. I could not fool them into thinking I slaved away all day making homemade meatballs. They said the texture was not soft and meaty...it was actually tough. I’m not sure the ingredients that made them like this. Bummed out.

If you like spicy things these meatballs are for you. I thought I had bought chop meat meatballs but these are made with pork and they are like a hot sausage! But they were really really really good and I didn't expect them to be that good but they were. A pleasant surprise!

:) In a good way. I love that these never fall apart simmering in sauce all day and still stay juicy. They ARE a definitely spicy in a great way like the package says. it is on the cusp of the perfect tickle in the back of the throat, but not spicy where there is zero flavor. It's wonderful. They'll probably yell at me, but I buy multiple packs and freeze since I throw it in with my home made sauce to simmer all day while I work. It works just fine, does not have to be kept fridge the entire time.

I love these meatballs. They are a quick goto in my house. There’s so many ways you can cook them. My favorite is to put them in the crockpot with some marinara sauce and let them cook all day. I would highly recommend them. They don’t taste like packaged processed meatballs they taste homemade
