Great commuter bag, and even better customer service.
After the seller saw my comment regarding the small tear that my bag had experienced, they emailed me to say that it's likely a defective bag that I received and they shipped me a new one out to me asap. I just got it and it's fantastic. The bag has a perfect form factor and size for the daily commute. I LOVE the fact that it can be worn either as a backpack or a laptop bag by quickly adjusting the straps. The compartments are as thoughtful as it gets for today's world of small gadgets. It's the bag that I wanted to fall in love with...and finally I have. Great commuter bag...AND NOW great customer service by the sellers behind the bag. Highly recommend, tons of value here.

Got this for my husband for his new job- he does a lot of traveling for business and a briefcase is a little much on the arm/shoulder muscles with all his paperwork and computer so i got him this backpack. He LOVES it. Its super compact so its classier looking it has attachments to make it like a shoulder bag which is good if he'd like to switch it up. He also enjoys having so many compartments so there is a place for everything- organization is key. Its a nice looking backpack and not a bad price. would buy again 10/10

Good features, BAD quality
Habik Cross-Functional Nylon Backpacks/Shoulder Bag/Briefcase for Laptop Macbook Air/Pro 13-15-inch Hard Border Non-defrmation I love the options but the quality wasn't good. I use it to transport only a MacBook Pro 15" w/ Retina Display which was comfortable to transport as a backpack. It started coming apart and separated at the seems of the main compartment. I could still use it but after awhile it started to get worst. Now the hard shell plastic frame has cracked. I would get compliments on the look and style but don't want to take a chance on my device falling out if it gave way completely. Wished it had lasted longer. Now its just sits in a corner while I debate if I should let a seamstress to try to repair it or just opt for another brand all together.

From business to casual- from casual to business
Bought this for my husband and it is his everyday work bag! He loves it. Keeps all his belongings organized and has plenty of room for it all. The bonus is the versatility.Update: After 3 years of continual use (this was my husbands favorite bag, which he pretty much wore everyday), this bag has thrown in the towel. It is so tattered and ripped that I can no longer stand to look at it (my husband still wears it even with all the rips and tears). I am not sure what the normal lifespan for a backpack is, but this one as mentioned by other reviewers isn’t made to last long.

So far so good.
Overall so far so good. First trip with it today and I do like the layout of the bag and I really like it's size and weight. I was looking for a smaller bag for my MacBook Pro (i.e., Lighter) and this seems really good so far. My "only" concern so far, is the zippers seem a little "questionable". Time will tell if these zippers hold up but I've had one issue already but was able to correct it. Other than that, we're good.

Great bag, fits two laptops if needed
Bag will fit TWO 13" laptops, this was a requirement of mine. Small zippered pounches for everything - power supplies, cables, etc. Very happy with this bag, completely fits my needs after a long search. I have concerns about the ruggedness of the zippers which are used several times a day, but so far so good, and if they need to be replaced, any shoe repair or sewing shop can install a zipper at an insignificant cost, so I won't deduct stars for that.

Exceeded My Expectations - worth the price.
Terrific backpack for my new 15" MacBook Pro. I really, really love it. It's compact, but has a special designated spot for every accessory. This is so important! My other bags became so cluttered and messy over time. With minimal attention, this backpack stays perfectly organized! People think I'm a neat freak when they see how organized I am.

Zippers are bad
i bought this bag in July 2015. My one complaint when I first bought it was the quality of the zippers. After almost 2 years of moderate use the both zippers And the threading around the zippers have completely broken off the main pocket. Not allowing me to close the back pack, which makes it useless. I really enjoyed this bag, but I was hoping to get a few more years out of it.
