UPDATE - As I feared, one of the mirrors quit working about 9 months in. Annoying, yes...but their customer service is extraordinary. I emailed the vendor letting them know it was no longer working. I honestly only half expected to hear back from them. They emailed me back within 24 hours, and a replacement mirror was on my doorstep in 3 days. I would buy mirrors from this vendor without the slightest worry knowing that they truly stand behind their product with absolutely no hassles.I ordered 2 of these to put in newly remodeled bathrooms. I was gone when my contractor installed them. When I arrived home, one of them worked perfectly. On the other only half the lights worked. I will say that the return process was super easy and they sent a new one out before they had picked up the defective one. Based on the other reviews, it seems they need to work on their quality control a bit. I’m a little nervous about their longevity, but the price was considerably less than other vendors for the same size mirror, so I’ll see how it goes. Will update this review if anything changes.The mirrors are gorgeous, though. No issues with scratches or chips that other reviewers have noted. If they don’t end up having any issues, I’ll be extremely pleased with this purchase.

After ordering 3 mirrors from 3 different companies & having to returned them due to the lack of care/handling by the delivery company(UPS) as they arrived shattered. I found this company which had great reviews on their product & packaging so I decided to order from them. When the item was finally delivered & I saw through my Ring the way the UPS guy threw the box down I thought the mirror will definitely be damage. I was impressed with the sturdiness of the cartón box & when I open the box I was surprised that the mirror was still in tack with no damage. The mirror was easy to install, plugged in & turn on with no issues. After 2 months of returns due to damage items from other companies I finally have my mirror. I’m very happy/impressed with this product/company & will definitely recommend it.

The beauty after installation, it certainly made the master bathroom pop. It also has a touch Onondaga off feature. Love it

The unit went up flawlessly and stayed up for over 30 days. One morning we found it lying on the vanity shattered. One of the brackets (very thin stamped metal) bent enough to allow it to fall. Unbelievable! Of course it only had 30 days warranty and I see why. Good price if it had not fallen. I will look for another and hope the hanging mechanism is better.UPDATE. The seller's did contact me and arranged for a new mirror at no cost. They certainly did not have to do that as I am still uncertain what the cause was. Again, both brackets remained secured on the wall but one was bent on one edge. I would only say that I will definitely add 1 more layer of security when attaching it to the wall next time. I will change the rating as we did like the mirror and the high amount of light it emits. They also have great packaging. It was very protected in shipment.

Great mirror! Very well packaged, and protected!The mirror is beautiful, clear and the ligh is very nice, bright and helpful! Easy to install, if you consider to use the outlet plug just make sure you have an outlet close enough to mirror. Better if an electrician will install this mirror direct to electrical box. But these double option to connect this mirror is a plus for sure!Happy customer!

Mirror is absolutely beautiful. It came with all necessary hardware to install and what I liked was the brackets allow for 4-5” of left/right adjustment after installation. I used a recessed outlet so the plug would not be in the way on back of mirror.Wanted to pack the mirror for a move but threw away the protective corners. Asked supplier if they could sell me plastic protective corners but they fedex mailed a bag of them to me for free. This is a great supplier and I highly recommend them and this beautiful mirror.

This is an incredible product, and it’s an even more incredible company. It’s extremely beautiful, it gives our bathroom the feel of a luxury hotel room.
