Overall, it’s pretty good for a pre workout in general. Are you going to feel like ripping someone’s head off like you do after 2 scoops of C4? No, not even close lol. But you will feel this pre workout. It has all the other magic potions you’re used to that get your skin all tingly and that extra pump. Best of all, it doesn’t have 300mg of caffeine.1 scoop is probably plenty. I usually use this on push, pull, and leg days. I don’t use it for the other days (low intensity / high intensity interval). I typically use a little less than a whole scoop, you start feeling the effects pretty quickly. As a comparison, I used to take NO Explode probably 45mins prior to working out - also because I had to go to the bathroom immediately. Which, by the way, isn’t a problem. I drink this stuff on my way to the gym which is 10 mins from home. After my stretch and warm up I’m ready to go.

This is a great pre workout. It mixes very easy, the flavor is just right, not overpowering and not to light. For me it kicks in about 20 min after consuming. There is a noticeable difference when I take it compared to when I forget to pack it in my gym bag. I have also noticed the more hydrated I am prior to using this, the better the results.

I switched from Allmax H Vol only because it was discontinued. Pump N Grow is effective for me and, I have noticed increased vascularity within a week of using the Product. That's not something I was going for but it tells me my nitrogen levels have been boosted which is my goal. I mix this with BCAA's from JYM and creatine, it's my perfect pre workout drink. I will be reordering this one for sure, my supplements and diet are tightly controlled and I can say with certainty this product has contributed to better training sessions.

You will get a slightly performance by using this product as described on the label. Pro tip: if your nutrition isn't on point, then I would suggest investing your money on good quality food rather on this product.

This product is 5 stars hands down. Will add a pic later... Before my workout I stack this with creatine carnage, and veiniac by the same company...no jitters, crash, bad taste or anything. Im Ebony's husband. Even with the creatine i feel really good. Another product i tried before these had me break out in sweats, just wasn't as good. Post workout i stack the glyco- surge and eaa's with core 42g vanilla protein shake and I have a tasty post workout beverage! Will continue to use and look again at more products... Post a pic soon!

I love the product I can work out longer in the gym my body and arm and chest exploded I'm more fit that I was in my 30 people come to me in the gym and tell me that I look good man that gives me more motivation.
