My ear buds have an outside diameter of 4.6mm on the thick part and 4.1 on the thin part, and these were far too big. Suggest looking elsewhere if yours are similar to mine

Nice earbud tips, but NOT medium

These tips are just like the new ones that came with my earbuds, so they are soft and comfortable, but are definitely not size medium. More like large or extra large. I gave them to my husband to use for his earbuds, they were too big to fit in my ear canals.
