These are nice but I question the longevity of them. I have smaller-sized feet (size 6.5 womans) and the elastic is not very tight around my foot. The place where I need the pad to be continually slips towards the middle of my foot. I feel that overtime as I wear them the elastic will become even looser and they'll be unusable. I bought them to help with the overpronation of my feet and it doesn't seem to be doing anything to help that either as the pad isn't really big enough once you put the weight of your body on it.

I like to be barefoot all day. When I wear shoes with good support, my feet feel better, but I don't want to wear them! These arches give me the best of two worlds. They can effectively reduce my discomfort all the time without forcing me to wear shoes all the time! They are comfortable enough to wear for a long time, perfectly fixed in place. Although the price is not expensive, the quality is very good. I'm sure I'll buy more.

I love these arch supports! They are easy to use, I just slide them in and they lay smoothly as you can see so they are easy to slip on with shoes! I love the way they instantly helped me with the pain in my arches once I put them on! I’ll defin by more!

I have a higher arch on my feet. My feet hurt every time I wear boots or high heels. These foot pads definitely save my life. I’d been wearing these since past two weeks. I walk to work everyday and it’s getting so much better.

I had less knee pain a couple of hours after putting the on, and I can definitely tell the difference when i'm not wearing. It also helped to correct where and how I was distributing my weight while standing and walking.

Worked well for my plantar fasciitis. It can be placed right where you want it. I ended up coupling it with an ankle high compression sock also for arch support. Nearly pain free after a couple of weeks.

It states it's a 2 pack but it's only 1 pair. It's very big and doesn't fit snug to provide adequate support. I wouldn't recommend these arch support sleeves.
