It really works! I was skeptical at first, but when I took one during my long run (middle of 16 miler), somehow the run got so much easier again ... tried other days to see whether it was a placebo effect, but no, it wasn't. Easy to carry, taste great (I had to swallow a couple of sips of water afterwards because it tasted a bit on sour side). I wish they come in a bigger pack - 12 goes out pretty quickly.

Putting it directly onto your tongue gives you a very citrusy taste but it will get absorbed into the blood stream faster than putting it in water. It doesn't fully dissolve in water so I would suggest putting it directly under your tongue for best effects.

These are the best electrolytes. You immediately feel better when dehydrated.

I love Hyland's products. I bought this for my son during track season and for my daughter who is a runner. Both loved it and said they could feel a boost in how they were feeling. My husband and I take it when we are feeling run down and have no energy. First time was when we were putting in our laminate floors and were totally wiped out at lunch time. We took this and within a minute were ready to go again. Does not make you feel jittery at all. I also give it to the kids (21 & 23) when they have hangovers. Helps a lot! Great stuff!

The flavor is good, I feel like the results are within a few minutes. This product is great for someone who is low on electrolytes or is doing hard workouts and just needs to replenish quickly.
