Santa Cruz Simpsons Bart Model Cruzer Skateboard (8.9 X 27-Inch)

just to let all know, mine was also an original with the proper trucks and wheels, not a knock off as a few others have stated. i ordered mine directly from amazon [using prime] and not from a third party vendor.this board is what it says it is, a great cruiser. it feels solid and rides great [very smooth]. if you wanna do a lot of tricks or if you want a longboard, you should probably look elsewhere.

I don't know if this is a knock off or just really poor quality. Not up to par with other Santa Cruz completes. I purchased this board for my son's birthday. First thing I noticed when opening the box is the decals were not included. No biggie. Wheels are out of round and the inner wheel bushings are cracked. Bearings say ABEC 5, but these are either damaged or not truly ABEC 5. Wheels do not free spin when spun by hand. They spin about a turn and a half then spin backwards about a quarter turn. You can also hear the bearings knocking when spun. I'm not sure if this is a lemon or a knock off, but either way not worth more than $30. Walmart skateboards aren't this bad.

Very cool little ride, though the bushings Santa Cruz sends out I. Their bullet tucks are really crap. I have to tighten down the trucks significantly to avoid getting speed wobbles on the smallest hills. Still, nothing reality looks cool like riding Bart's iconic board around. Totally worth it.

it was amazing and looks just like it shows and is very nice quality and a very smooth ride but small chips can comeoff the top without too much

I was looking for an unusual cruzer for the summer as a way for cheap transportation and I was far from disappointed. I saved up for this board for a long time and recently purchased it. I love this board. It has super soft OJ3 wheels, ok abec 3 bearings, bullet trucks. Really nice gear. My only problem is the paint on the bottom comes off fairly easily. I haven't had to worry about any wheel bite. The first time i rode this board i almost fell(my doing) not realizing that I had to worry about the big space behind the trucks and wheels. Very easy to do wheelies. I got this from Social Skateboarding and got it a day ahead of estimated time of arrival. Overall really nice board.

Now you get the bart model board(which i would say deserves 5 stars on it's own), but you don't get bullet trucks, or OJ hot juice wheels, Instead you get incompatible blanks for both which results in a lot of wheel bite. You also don't get the sticker sheet which I was really looking forward to.

The board is actually my first but so far it rides like a dream, feels smooth with big rubber tires so you can roll over a lot of stuff before you start slowing down, and wonderfully priced!
